Alterations

Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations can be made by logging back into your registration via the website. To access your registration you will need to enter both your email address and Registration Reference Number supplied at the time of the original registration. If you encounter any difficulties with the above please email antimicrobials2016@icms.com.au

Payment

Full payment MUST be received prior to Antimicrobials 2016. Registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Please note that if your registration is made less than two weeks prior to the Meeting, payment is required by credit card. Payment can be made in the following ways:


1. Credit Card Payment

Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted.


2. Cheque Payment

Please make cheque/bank draft Australian Dollars payable to “ASA” and mail to the Meeting Office. On receipt of your payment, confirmation will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all options listed are correct.


3. Electronic Funds Transfer

Please note that the Meeting will accept payments via electronic funds transfer. The Meeting bank details will be supplied on the invoice generated upon completion of your registration. Please include your invoice number as a reference on the deposit and forward your remittance advice to the Meeting Office.
